Vacation plan for summer! too early??
Whenever you are stressed out from work, family or economical issue, plan something fun for yourself!
Today's my favorite is luxury resort which is one of my favorite island Maldives! I know if you fly from Los angeles, it will take about 22hours flight but you can book luxury emirates airline for your comfort.

LA downtown Market
Today, one of the downtown penthouse was put on the market. The price is amazing $5M!!
Wow, that is a ton of money! I checked all the real estate site but only a few photo is available up to now.
Can't wait to see inside room of this penthouse. I want to know how the seller come up with such a big price!!

Crystal Cove estates - newport coast
We saw some houses at Newport Coast. There are many unique property in this area.
But my favorite is Crystal Cove. Each houses are bit similar outside looking however each one expecially over 3M houses have special future!This is one of my favorite.
This community has wonderful swimming pool, Club house, Gym area.
You can enjoy swimming with Great Panoramit Ocean View!

Ritz Carlton residence at LA live
Good morning LA.
Today is the last day of Feburary. Time Flies!!!
Anyways, today's pick is Ritz Carton LA live in downtown Los Angeles.
This residence locates at the center of Downtown LA.
Do you think it will be a good investimant? Because LA county might build Food Ball Stadium near future?
If I were very rich, I want to buy it as a Second home but not my primarily house.

Bevery Hills Candy's Mansion
When we visited the Century Condo at century city, we saw the lady "Candy Spelling".
I did not know about her very much but the agent told us that she bought penthouse at the Century Condo and now the house she owns is on the market at $150M.
Wow! that's a tons of money and how many of the people can afford the price???
Anyways, today's my favorite estate is Candy's Holmby Hills mansion!
The location is great area Holmby Hills. It is very close to Playboy Mansion.
All the photo of the mansion look very elegant and beautiful. There is even a bowling lane inside of the house.The mansion size is 52,503 square feet and have 11 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms.
It's bigger than White House!!! ist' it???

Today is a little bit chilly but beautiful sunshine!
Well, let's take a look at Today's my favorite property.

We have been watching this condo for years. We loved this luxury building and great neighborhood. I think this is very convenient area especially for the people who loves international travelling. 20min to LAX without traffic!
This Condo, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects ascends 42 stories right next to Nakatomi tower in Century City. From higher floor, you can see panoramic views stretching from downtown, to across the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean.

Wow, this is truly elegant life style.

Southern California Living
Hi, I'm Michelle. I moved from metropolitan city of Tokyo to Southern California 7 years ago. Since then I am addictied to this wonderful California weather and dreaming to have a dream home some day. We started house hunt around 2009 and we saw more than 100 homes already. There are so many great homes around in Southern California and I just want to share "my favorite of the day" from now on!

From the redfin picture, this house has very nice living area with great out side patios! It must be very nice to enjoy sunshine california beach life in this home. If this house has enough parking spaces around this street and geografically okay building, we need to ask our realtor! I want to see it.
